Finnish nature offers diverse ingredients for delicacies! In our cooking courses you will learn how to prepare forest ingredients from start to finish by the open fire and finally you will get to enjoy the meals you have prepared. Come and learn how to create authentic food and tastes in an atmospheric venue!

Learn how to be a master chef? Oh yes!

The actual program begins with an introduction to the course and the ingredients used, as well as the assignment. The supervising chef tells you the work steps and of course his best tricks. Finally, each new master chef will be awarded with a diploma!

The course will take place in the atmospheric Vihiluodon Kota in the courtyard of Finlandia Hotel Airport Oulu. The program service lasts about three hours with meals. The program is organized for groups of 10-15 people and includes one menu for the whole group. The menu takes pre-announced special diets into account. The hut has liquor licenses. Drinks are not included in the cooking course price and are charged according to consumption. The price of the menu includes a non-alcoholic welcome drink, ingredients, equipment and guidance.

  • Invoicing three (3) business days before the event according to the number of participants announced.
  • Extra services: Usage of sauna and Ruuma cabinet after cooking course for evening get-together 175 € / 2 hours. Price includes towels, shampoo and seat covers.
